CRN LogoFollowing a loss in Philadelphia Wednesday, the Capitals will return to the ice Friday at Kettler Capitals IcePlex before flying to Winnipeg. Washington will be in Manitoba Saturday to face the Jets at 3:00 p.m. eastern. Despite the loss in Pennsylvania Wednesday, the Caps sit just four points out of first place in the Southeast Division race heading into Thursday night action. Joel Ward scored his sixth goal of the season late in the third period, breaking up a shutout bit for Ilya Bryzgalov.
