After a thrilling come-from-behind 5-4 shootout win over Winnipeg Tuesday night at MTS Centre, the Capitals today are in Edmonton awaiting the second game of a five-game road trip tomorrow night. Washington is looking for its third straight win, and a two-game season series sweep of the Oilers. Thursday’s game against the Oilers begins at 9:30 eastern time, with a 9:15 airtime on the Capitals Radio Network.

The Capitals will practice this afternoon in Edmonton, the only scheduled team activity on the road today.

Today’s Capitals Minute looks back at last night’s victory in Winnipeg and more. At 4-5-0 after nine games, the Caps will look to move back to the .500 mark in Edmonton tomorrow. Washington will then travel to Calgary to face the Flames Saturday night at Scotiabank Saddledome.
