Your Capitals Minute for Monday, October 7

October 7, 2013
Capitals Radio Network

The Capitals are back at Kettler this morning, beginning a five-game homestand Thursday against Carolina at 7:00. The game marks the first Metropolitan Division game in team history, although the two clubs are very familiar with one another dating back to Southeast Division days. The Caps have scored the most goals of any Metro Division team through the first week of the season, but are just 1-2-0 after three games. Washington hopes that a healthy dose of home cooking over the next two weeks can turn the tide quickly.

Here is today's Capitals Minute, as the team gets back to work today in Arlington.
